In order to obtain the recharge service, please carefully read and fully understand the various rules and requirements of this platform, as well as the national laws and regulations on such Internet information services. If you object to any term of this Agreement, you can choose not to use the recharge service; if you choose to complete the recharge procedure according to the page prompts, it will be deemed that you will agree to abide by all the terms of this Agreement, as well as any subsequent modifications we make to this Agreement at any time, and fully obey our unified management.
[Special Tips] You must be at least 18 years old and have full capacity to enter into a contract according to the laws of the jurisdiction where you live. If you do not meet the above conditions, you should stop using this service immediately. Please ask the guardian of the minor user to fulfill his guardianship obligations. This platform does not assume any responsibility for the behavior of minor users in the process of using the recharge service, and for all consequences arising from their use of the recharge service.
Article 1 Gold coins are virtual coins we provide to you for related consumption on this platform. You can recharge the corresponding amount of gold coins. You can use gold coins to purchase various products or services on Palpi, such as virtual gifts. You can give virtual gifts to other users. You should purchase the corresponding amount of gold coins according to your actual needs. Once you recharge successfully, the recharge service of this platform has been provided, and this platform does not provide any refund or reverse exchange of real currency services.
Article 2 You must recharge the corresponding amount of gold coins according to your actual needs. You confirm that you understand and accept the gold coin price displayed on the page when recharging gold coins.
Article 3 You can complete the recharge procedure according to the corresponding prompts on the recharge page of this platform. When we confirm that we have received the payment you paid for recharging gold coins through a third-party payment platform, it is deemed that you have completed the transaction of recharging the corresponding amount of gold coins. After the recharge is successful, the gold coins in the account added by the recharge can be used freely by you on this platform.
Article 4 The balance of gold coins or virtual gifts displayed in your user account does not constitute a balance in the real world or reflect any stored value, but constitutes a measure of the scope of permission for virtual items in the services of this platform. You cannot exchange gold coins or virtual gifts for real currency.
Article 5 This platform reserves the right to unilaterally change, adjust, suspend or terminate the rules for recharging gold coins using RMB. You agree to unconditionally accept the change, adjustment, suspension or termination of the recharge rules. When this platform carries out the above-mentioned actions, it will be notified in the manner announced on this platform and will automatically take effect from the date of announcement without further notification to you, and will not bear any responsibility for any losses caused to you by such actions.
Article 6 When using the recharge service, you must carefully confirm your account and carefully select the relevant operation options. If you recharge the wrong account or choose the wrong recharge type due to factors such as your own incorrect account input, improper operation, or lack of understanding of the recharge billing method, and thus damage your own rights and interests, this platform will not make any compensation or compensation.
Article 7 If you recharge in an illegal, fraudulent or platform-wide way, or use a recharge method not specified by this platform, this platform does not guarantee that the recharge will be completed smoothly or correctly. If your rights and interests are damaged as a result, this platform will not make any compensation or compensation, and this platform also reserves the right to terminate your account qualifications on this platform and use various recharge services at any time.
Article 8 You shall not conduct any illegal or criminal activities through recharge on this platform, otherwise this platform has the right to terminate the service, and in serious cases, transfer to the judicial authorities in accordance with the law.
Article 9 If this platform finds that the recharge processing error is caused by system failure or any other reason, whether it is beneficial to this platform or you, this platform has the right to correct the error after notifying you in a reasonable manner. If the error causes the number of gold coins you actually receive to be less than the gold coins you should receive, this platform will make up the difference to your account on this platform as soon as possible after confirming the processing error. If the error causes the number of gold coins you actually receive to be more than the gold coins you should receive, regardless of the nature and cause of the error, this platform has the right to directly deduct the difference from your account on this platform.
Article 10 You can check your gold coin balance on this platform at any time. If you have any objection to the record, you should immediately submit it to this platform. If the platform verifies that there is an error, it will be corrected; otherwise, you agree to use the transaction record on this platform as the only valid basis for gold coin transactions.
Article 11 This platform has the right to set relevant matters involving transactions from time to time based on considerations such as transaction security, including but not limited to transaction limits, transaction times, etc. You understand that the aforementioned settings of this platform may cause certain inconveniences to your transactions, and you have no objection to this.
Article 12 The third-party channel providers corresponding to each recharge method may formulate relevant recharge channel handling fees according to their standards (which may be prompted on the recharge operation page or other pages of the channel provider) and charge them when recharging gold coins. Please be sure to pay attention to the channel provider service fees for each recharge method and choose the recharge method according to your own needs. In any case, the responsibility for the relevant services provided by the third party when you recharge gold coins shall be borne by the third party, and this platform shall not bear such responsibility.
Article 13 You should ensure that the account holder/holder of the payment account you bind for recharge can use the account legally and effectively and does not infringe on the legal rights of any third party. Otherwise, if the actual owner of the account suffers losses, you shall be solely responsible for resolving the disputes arising therefrom and bear all legal responsibilities. You shall ensure that the funds used to recharge gold coins are personal legal property, and you do not have any illegal or criminal purpose in using the funds to recharge gold coins or consume virtual gifts; if the funds you use to recharge gold coins are identified as illegal funds (including but not limited to funds obtained from illegal fundraising, occupational embezzlement, misappropriation of public funds or corruption and bribery) by public security organs, procuratorates, courts and other state organs, and such state organs have taken measures such as freezing and compulsory execution of our bank account funds, you shall compensate us for all losses suffered as a result (including but not limited to the total amount of compulsory execution and corresponding interest, notarization fees, litigation fees, preservation fees, attorney fees, travel expenses and appraisal fees paid for rights protection, etc.).
Article 14 You are solely responsible for any losses or liabilities arising from the inability of this platform to provide gold coin recharge services or any errors in providing gold coin recharge services due to your own reasons, and this platform shall not be liable, including but not limited to:
(1) You fail to operate in accordance with the "User Service Agreement" or this Agreement or any rules announced by this platform from time to time;
(2) The application of this platform in your device is invalid, lost, or blocked;
(3) Losses or liabilities caused by reasons related to the account of a third-party payment institution bound to you, including your use of an uncertified third-party payment account or a third-party payment account that is not yours, and your third-party payment account is frozen or seized;
(4) Property losses caused by your disclosure of your password to others;
(5) Property losses caused by your personal intentional or gross negligence or a third party outside this agreement.
Article 15 If the platform system fails to operate normally due to the following conditions, which makes you unable to use various services or any virtual property is lost, the platform shall not be liable for damages, including but not limited to:
(1) During the system downtime maintenance, upgrade, and adjustment period announced by the platform;
(2) Telecommunications or equipment failures that prevent data transmission;
(3) Due to force majeure factors such as typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, wars, terrorist attacks, government regulations, etc., the platform system is blocked and unable to perform business;
(4) Service interruptions or delays caused by hacker attacks, technical adjustments or failures of telecommunications departments, website upgrades, and related third-party problems.
Article 16 In any case, this platform shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special or penal damages. The total liability of this platform to you, regardless of the reason or the mode of behavior, shall never exceed the fees you pay for using the recharge service provided by this platform.
Article 17 If any of the following circumstances occurs, this platform has the right to interrupt or terminate the provision of network services to you under this agreement at any time without notifying you, and shall not be liable for any losses caused to you or a third party due to the interruption or termination of the recharge service:
(1) The personal information you provide is untrue;
(2) You violate the recharge rules and guarantees stipulated in this agreement;
(3) You violate the "User Service Agreement", "Community Convention" or other management regulations of this platform for users;
(4) You recharge or use gold coins for non-personal purposes such as profit or business. In addition to the circumstances described in the preceding paragraph,
This platform also reserves the right to interrupt or terminate part or all of the network recharge service at any time without prior notice to you. This platform does not need to bear any responsibility for any losses caused by the interruption or termination of the recharge service.
Article 18 If you use a mobile app store other than your own to recharge, or illegally recharge gold coins through other channels not approved by this platform, this platform has the right to freeze the account and impose corresponding penalties. In serious cases, the account may be blocked.
Article 19 When you use this platform, if you violate national laws and regulations, the "User Service Agreement", the provisions of this agreement, or other agreements or management regulations for users published by this platform, this platform has the right to temporarily or permanently ban your account and deduct the gold coins given/rewarded by this platform (if any). After the account is banned and before the ban is lifted (if any), the remaining gold coins in your account will be temporarily frozen or deducted in full, and cannot continue to be used to consume virtual products or services on this platform. At the same time, the cash value of your recharged gold coins will not be returned.
Article 20 This platform reserves the right to modify or supplement the contents of this Agreement. The modified text of this Agreement will be announced on this platform or in other ways that this platform deems feasible. Once the modified text is published, it will take effect immediately and will also apply to you before it takes effect. If you continue to use this service after the content of this Agreement is revised, it will be deemed that you agree to the latest revised content of the agreement; otherwise, you must immediately stop using the recharge service or this platform.
Article 21 Any disputes, disputes, disagreements or claims arising from or related to this Agreement, including the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, violation or termination of the agreement, or any non-agreement disputes arising from or related to this Agreement, will be negotiated with you. If the negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the court with jurisdiction over the place where this Agreement is signed.
Article 22 If part of the content of this Agreement is deemed illegal or invalid by a court with jurisdiction, it will not affect the validity of other contents. For issues not covered by this Agreement, please refer to relevant national laws and regulations. When this Agreement conflicts with national laws and regulations, national laws and regulations shall prevail.
